A New Urbanism. Supporting Traditional Neighborhood Development is central to DETAILS’ philosophy, methods, and material choices. We produce homes that support neighborhood designs that connect people and increase in value over time.

The Off-Site Construction Advantage. While well-suited for many types of development, a DETAILS home has particular advantages on smaller in-fill projects where “production” pricing cannot be obtained. A DETAILS home also works particularly well in areas where construction prices are high, areas where well developed and competitive construction services do not exist, and locations where liability and security are an issue.

A Simple Design Process. DETAILS has a number of plans that have already been developed that can be used in whole or as a point of departure. In the event you would like to start from scratch, DETAILS will supply you, the architect, with some helpful guidelines for designing within the modular framework. Designers are normally surprised at what can be accomplished.

UBC Approved. A DETAILS home is built to the highest code requirements of the State of California or State for which they are being constructed. Inspections take place during construction in our facility and are not subject to reinspection when delivered.

Energy Efficiency: Utilizing a combination of SIP panels, open and closed cell spray foam insulation, tankless water heaters, and Manabloc/pex water delivery systems, Details is able to produce a home that provides energy efficiency and water savings significantly beyond the code.
