Neighborhoods

Great neighborhoods start with great architecture, and Details' small neighborhood collections deliver great architecture in a variety of styles. So whatever architecture fits the setting - cottage, neo-Traditional, Craftsman, Timberline (mountain/resort), or Monterey/Spanish - Details has a small neighborhood that will stand-out in a variety of locales. Within each collection, Details offers a variety of architectural styles and size/bedroom segments that create a lively neighborhood and spell market success. A neighborhood can be designed within a specific style or as an eclectic mix of styles, and then three or four home sizes within the collections can be selected to deliver the character and market segmentation you are looking for. Details will build and deliver the homes to create a neighborhood that lives well, looks fantastic, and provides bottom line results for the developer.

Designed by the highly regarded architecture firms Jeffrey DeMure + Associates Architects Planners (JD+A) and Ross Chapin Architects, Details' neighborhood collections are designed to work on standard 50 x 100 lots, with either front loaded or alley loaded garages located at the back of the property. If garages are not required or are placed in common areas, the density can increase to up to 8 to 10 homes per acre, depending upon the particular style selected. The same architectural firms that have designed the homes are available to assist with neighborhood design and layout on a fee basis.
